Thank you for participating at SPA 2018, 11-15 June in Gothenburg, Sweden! Below you find information that will help preparing your contribution.
All presenting authors should have registered for the conference to be included in the final program.
Instructions for Oral Presentations
Plenary talk: 45 min. plus 5 min. discussion (session title starts with code PL)
Invited session talk: 25 min. plus 5 min. discussion (session title starts with code IS)
Contributed session talk: 20 min. including discussion (session title starts with code CS)
Session chairs should rigorously enforce the schedule, we kindly ask you for your understanding and for your cooperation in keeping time.
Make sure that you turn up at least 15-10 minutes before your session starts to meet your session chair and the other speakers. Bring with you a copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive to the room. Please upload and test your presentation in good time.
Because of a large number of parallel sessions, in particular, 3-speaker invited sessions and 4-speaker contributed sessions, we kindly ask the presenters to be tolerant to people who come and leave during a presentation. We also ask those who come or leave in the middle of a session to do so considerably and quietly.
Computers and Technical assistance
Presentations should be prepared in pdf format. If your presentation needs to be in another format, e.g. if you plan to show a video in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT), if you plan to show the presentation from your own device or if you need an overhead projector or other equipment, email us well in advance to email@example.com You are responsible, in this case, for any required cables and adapters to standard HDMI or VGA (D-SUB) inputs of a data projector. We, however, strongly encourage, wherever possible, to export your presentation to a pdf file and bring it on a flash drive.
