Submission of proposals for contributed sessions, contributed talks and posters are welcome!
The organizers encourage early submissions to leave the accepted speakers plenty of time to make travel and funding arrangements.
To make a contributed 20-minute talk proposal or a poster proposal, please use our Abstract application service (opens in a new window). You will need to prepare a one-page abstract of the presentation in pdf-format by using the provided LaTeX template
The submissions will be assessed and good proposals are accepted on a regular basis. Accepted contributed talks will be grouped into additional contributed sessions after the submission deadline and the speakers will be notified shortly afterwards.
A contributed session proposal should include:
- the name, affiliations and contact information of the organizer;
- a brief presentation of the topic and scope (up to one page),
- a preliminary list of the expected speakers, including affiliation, email, country and gender of each.
The list of speakers of a session must include four scientists from at least two different countries.
Each contributed session will consist of four 20 minute talks. Applications for contributed sessions with three 30-minute talks will also be considered if high-quality talks and an interesting topic are suggested.
Proposals should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org before 2nd of March 2018.
